Refund policy
We want you to be thrilled with your order, therefore, If you’re not satisfied for any reason, just contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.
To process your request, we require your order number or proof of purchase.
- For damaged or faulty items, please provide a clear photo showing the issue so we can make it right.
- Because our products are made-to-order, we don’t accept physical returns — but we’ll make sure you’re taken care of with a refund or replacement.
Refund or replacement item requests made more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Following a refund a credit will be applied automatically to your original payment method (usually 10 business days).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded or replaced, such as:
- Special sale items (e.g. Black Friday) or gift cards.
- Orders received over 30 days.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
